Our Returns Policy
As a customer of Marc Lauge, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day your shipment is delivered to a parcel locker or your address.
Please note that the return shipping fee is 49,- dkr and will NOT be refunded. You have the option to receive your refund as a gift card – in this case, we will cover the return shipping cost, and the gift card will be sent to you via email.
Simply indicate this on the return form inside the package.
Complete the return form
When exchanging or returning your items, please complete the return form thoroughly.
Attach the shipping label
Please attach the enclosed shipping label to the package.
Return the package to us
Drop off the package at your nearest GLS shop. They will scan the label and return it to us.
Confirmation and refund
When we receive the return, all items will be inspected. If the condition of the returned item has deteriorated to the point that it affects its resale value, Marc Lauge reserves the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
If the returned items meet the requirements for the right of withdrawal, the outstanding amount will be refunded within about 4 business days.
